AncyrA Dove Sea Queen will be developed by Dove Housing Ltd. It's a 10 (Ten) storied full furnished Suite Complex covering more than 9.5 Katha (approx.) of land on Shark Square, at north Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar. EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY

Stand by generator to supply energy for lighting, lifts, water pumps, cooking and refrigeration and heating.

CLASSIFICATION OF BUILDING

Occupancy classification: Occupancy A. Residential, Fire Resistance Classification fire Zone 1 (Ref: BNB-93, Part-3, Sec- 3.1.2.1).

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM

Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system is adopted for the building. All parts of the structure are interconnected by ties, slab, beams & column system.

SEISMIC CONSIDERATION

Seismic Zoning Map 9 Ref. Fig-6.2.10 of BNBC-93 has been developed by experts considering fault zones in and around Bangladesh such as Asam, Tripura, Bogra, etc.

Having earth quake magnitude for 50 years return period. Co-efficient for seismic zone-2 are being considered as Z=0.15, I=1.00, S=1.050 and R=12 from BNBC.

SPECIAL ATTENTION

All structures can afford up to 8.0 Richter scale of earth quake, Structural design will be checked from the BUET.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Booking & Down Payment 30% on agreed amount.

INSTALLMENT

Balance Amount has to be paid as per company's schedule which will be mentioned in the provisional allotment letter.

DOVE HOUSING LIMITED RIGHTS

The Company has the right to accept or reject any application for allotment. It also reserves the right to make minor changes in both architectural and structural design of the project; any change can be made in specification for overall interest of the project.
